My car was hit several years ago and repaired at Team One. The bond and paint started peeling around 2 months ago. We took it by and they got us on the schedule within a month and our car looked like new in 3 days after drop off. They were so kind in the Body Shop and so helpful. Fix it right up with no questions or additional charge ! The receptionist was super sweet too !

We initially had an issue with service performed at the service department and left a complaint. However, Saturday morning, the next day we received a call from the GM, Kevin. (yes Saturday morning). Kevin explained some miscommunication and promised he would correct our issue the next week. That is exactly what he did. My wife and I are completely satisfied with results. Along the way mistakes can be made and I am glad there are dealerships like Team One to make sure their customers are satisfied with the end product. Excellent customer service!

I was very impressed with my salesman Mike Campbell. Friendly, knowledgeable and very very helpful. I have in the past purchased cars from the Chevrolet dealership in Gadsden and had been happy with my previous purchases. I was given a fair trade in allowance and a price for the 2018 Equinox that fell in the range I found in the Kelly Blue Book price guide. The bottom line is the Dealership did a great job , the Finance Department did a great job. When they came back to me needing my approval on the deal and I told the no I needed certain things , the Financial people came through. The biggest reason this purchase went through was one person, Mike Campbell! A very trustworthy person, a guy who went above and beyond to make me happy and make sure those putting the deal together knew what I wanted. Would I return to purchase another car from Chevrolet of Gadsden? Yes I would and Mike Campbell would be my salesman, without a doubt!

We had an awesome sales experience. We found the truck we wanted on the internet and called the dealership. Mike Campbell was waiting on us with our new truck ready for a test drive. He was polite and knowledgeable. Next the GM, Scott Farres, worked with us on getting a good price for our trade in and helping with numerous GM and Dealer initiatives. They are very Veteran friendly. In the end we received an amazing deal on a new Chevy 1500 High Country.

Took my son's Jeep Wrangler in for some general maintenance items as this is the best place in Gadsden to have your vehicles serviced ( Got a Silverado also) always so polite, professional and timely, would never dream of going anywhere else.
